Ademar Damião was slow to take the kick. During this time SE Tijolo 6 Furos's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Giovanni Custódio heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Giovanni Custódio might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cosmo Abegg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giovanni Custódio ran back to his position shaking his head. 17 minutes into the game, Hans Thorke threw the ball into play from the sideline. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Ademar Damião quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 21st minute Felix Umbach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dagoberto Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hartmut Jochimsen made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Ademar Damião. 23 minutes into the match, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Giovanni Custódio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cosmo Abegg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the SE Tijolo 6 Furos defense, Felix Umbach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dagoberto Veiga. The SE Tijolo 6 Furos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dagoberto Veiga should have stopped the shot. Dagoberto Veiga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Umbach went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ademar Damião hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Giovanni Custódio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosmo Abegg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peter Esterházy was the one to do the kick off. Rafael Rosado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosmo Abegg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Giovanni Custódio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. SE Tijolo 6 Furos made a substitution. Vito Nóbrega replaced Juan Alvarenga. With a little luck, Ulfa FSV's Cosmo Abegg got control of the ball when Giovanni Custódio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulfa FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giovanni Custódio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. A hard shot 87 in the game by Giovanni Custódio from a close distance when the talented Cosmo Abegg managed to make a qualified save. Ulfa FSV's players were relieved. In the 89th match minute, SE Tijolo 6 Furos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Bastos to maneuver through the defense. SE Tijolo 6 Furos were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Ulfa FSV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raimundo Bittencourt took the corner. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Ian Bastos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cosmo Abegg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thiago Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosmo Abegg having to interfere.
