The throw-in from Alonso Berganza in the 2nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KPO BIZARRO's Leonardo Corderro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 5th minute of play forced KPO BIZARRO's goalkeeper Candido Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes in the game Eliseo Mina did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Moises Gayoso. Korkut Urza scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Korkut Urza, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Candido Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 15th minute of play. If Tao Ao Xing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Nigel Cold in the 28th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Alonso Berganza. In the 29th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Mercurio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Milagros Fraga made a precise shot to the right of Candido Mercurio. KPO BIZARRO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Candido Mercurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 39th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, KPO BIZARRO's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Candido Mercurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Candido Mercurio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. KPO BIZARRO's Candido Mercurio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 48th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. Candido Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Hu Zheng Yun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Korkut Urza scored 2-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KPO BIZARRO's Qiao Feng Ling was substituted for Korkut Urza. In the 68th match minute, KPO BIZARRO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Cengiz Egin to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes, Peru's Luz Tejedor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Candido Mercurio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Antonio Tenorio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Candido Mercurio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Enrique Mariano Kiradzhiyski managed to get in a good position for a shot. KPO BIZARRO's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Mariano Kiradzhiyski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The KPO BIZARRO support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
