Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Henrik Larsson got the match started through his kick off. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthon Melin in the 11th minute of play. Decathlon Dudes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Costin Moisil in the 12th minute. The corner led Decathlon Dudes's Cezary Bara to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Day despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Anthon Melin struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Decathlon Dudes. In the 28th minute, Henrik Larsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marco Day. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 31st match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Bradley to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Henrik Larsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marco Day was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Anthon Melin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anthon Melin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, USA's Edward Mcdonald sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadej Pogačar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Larsson in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Edward Mcdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadej Pogačar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Larsson in the 64th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, USA's Tadej Pogačar threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Monty Rogers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Costin Moisil was slow to take the kick. During this time Decathlon Dudes's players had a chance to rest. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. In the 74th minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadej Pogačar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper Tadej Pogačar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Campbell. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Larsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Zach Harrison. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Zach Harrison hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Costin Moisil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Tadej Pogačar in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90thth minute of the game Sam Campbell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Decathlon Dudes's Tadej Pogačar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Baker in the 93rd minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper Tadej Pogačar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Decathlon Dudes support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
