Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pankracy Zajonc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Pankracy Zajonc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Cai Yuan Yuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MZ Fénix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cai Yuan Yuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Pankracy Zajonc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Zajonc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florin Dragușin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MZ Fénix's Florin Dragușin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Antonio Indiano, made in the 32nd minute of the game. Colombia's attentive Kevin Mastache managed to snatch the ball when Tomasz Waldoch made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. Cai Yuan Yuan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, MZ Fénix's Cai Yuan Yuan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cai Yuan Yuan made a kick off. 53 minutes in the game Antonio Indiano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Pascual Carballar. Pankracy Zajonc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cai Yuan Yuan took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Pankracy Zajonc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 60th minute of the match. Antonio Indiano made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MZ Fénix's Tomasz Waldoch. In the 67th minute, Axel Montenegro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pankracy Zajonc. The goal made the score 3-2. MZ Fénix made a substitution. Alexandre Valido replaced Vladimiro Granja. Cai Yuan Yuan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cai Yuan Yuan might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cai Yuan Yuan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute, Abram Secada reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pankracy Zajonc. The goal made the score 3-3. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aras Görkem Kaymaz made a great header on MZ Fénix's corner, it was just that Colombia's Pedro Manzanares managed to reach the ball for a save. Tomasz Waldoch made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cai Yuan Yuan however managed to control. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
