In the 21st match minute, Sliema Dragons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gábor Illés to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexis Idrotoglou got free with Barrie Kerridge in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The wind increased when Kim Bolas made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kim Bolas got free with Thibaut Courtois in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute Kim Bolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thibaut Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sliema Dragons FC booed when Tabachana F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efthimis Stamatiadis didn't get a good kick on the ball.
