The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Robin Olsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kim Bolas in the 9th minute of the match. Robin Olsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kim Bolas in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Kim Bolas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Robin Olsen. Kim Bolas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Olsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Sliema Dragons FC were awarded a corner. Baran Erozan went to the cornerflag to take it. Ulises Ixidor was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 27th minute, Sliema Dragons FC's Kim Bolas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robin Olsen. Robin Olsen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The audience was convinced that Kim Bolas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robin Olsen was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Karl-Johan Björnberg made in the 31st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alvar Finman however managed to control. With a little luck, Grimsås BK's Robin Olsen got control of the ball when Kim Bolas tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Grimsås BK getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Arne Bergdal hit a great ball. Kim Bolas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Robin Olsen made a huge save. After some careless play in the Grimsås BK defense, Kim Bolas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robin Olsen. The Grimsås BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robin Olsen should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kim Bolas to make the kick off. If Kim Bolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Grimsås BK's Robin Olsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Bolas in the 51st minute of play. In the 54th minute, Fabian Duca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kim Bolas in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robin Olsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Kim Bolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alvar Sefastsson hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Kim Bolas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Olsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Sliema Dragons FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Baran Erozan in the 67th minute. After taking down the ball on Sliema Dragons FC's corner Dejan Cassar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robin Olsen quite easily take care of the ball. After 68 minutes, Dejan Cassar made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Grimsås BK's Robin Olsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute Dejan Cassar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Olsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robin Olsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dejan Cassar in the 77th minute of play. Karl-Johan Björnberg kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Robin Olsen came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Sliema Dragons FC's Dejan Cassar. But to his dismay, Dejan Cassar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Robin Olsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dejan Cassar in the 83rd minute of play. Robin Olsen came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Sliema Dragons FC's Dejan Cassar. But to his dismay, Dejan Cassar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. In the 88th minute, Dejan Cassar made a precise shot to the right of Robin Olsen. Grimsås BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Sonny Askestät hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Dejan Cassar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Olsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Sliema Dragons FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
