Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) U.S.Normande's Youri Borderie started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mikael Damm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Youri Borderie in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aymerick Tourrette was slow to take the kick. During this time U.S.Normande's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Aymerick Tourrette got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Mike Constantin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Mike Constantin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. U.S.Normande's Mikael Damm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mike Constantin, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 37th minute Léopold Fraval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, U.S.Normande's Joris Callens got a free kick in the 38th minute. Jasper Faller hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Damm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Cristian Sancho could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Mikael Damm however easily saved by the left post. If Youri Borderie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Youri Borderie, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Constantin came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Mikael Damm made a huge save. In the 72nd minute, Aymerick Tourrette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Damm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Mike Constantin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mike Constantin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Léopold Fraval in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikael Damm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Joris Callens kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Mikael Damm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Constantin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Constantin in the 92nd minute of the match. Mike Constantin scored 2-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. U.S.Normande's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
