The supporters of Bolivia booed when Boiro C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artzai Teresa came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig. But to his dismay, Eduardo Fontirroig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Eduardo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Sierra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Camilo Freixa made a huge save. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Montiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Artzai Teresa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Boiro C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mario Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Sierra made a kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Eduardo Fontirroig from a close distance when the talented Artzai Teresa managed to make a qualified save. Boiro C.F.'s players were relieved. A collision led to Boiro C.F. getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nel Vadillos hit a great ball. Mario Fernandino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Lalo Pabon came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Boiro C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lalo Pabon couldn't finish the play. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Sierra in the 65th minute of the match. Alfonso de la Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artzai Teresa having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Atilano Puig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boiro C.F.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bolivia the free kick. In the 73rd minute, Lalo Pabon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Bolivia's Julio Chicote ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Artzai Teresa. Artzai Teresa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Mario Fernandino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Artzai Teresa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Boiro C.F.'s Artzai Teresa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Fontirroig in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Fontirroig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Boiro C.F.! 0-3 came through a penalty shot after 97 played minutes, when Bolivia:s Mario Fernandino calmly waited for Boiro C.F.:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Bolivia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
