After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, 邵南洲 managed to get in a good position for a shot. ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪's supporters rose to their feet, but 邵南洲 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 莫桦平 hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If 魏骋耀 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when 邵南洲 sent off a good shot on target. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 傅鹏烨 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 31st minute of the match. 傅鹏烨 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 韩城昆 struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邵南洲 in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪's goalkeeper 傅鹏烨, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 邵南洲 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪's 傅鹏烨 got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute 邵南洲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th match minute, ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 庄钢益 to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, 韩城昆 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪's 莫桦平 got a free kick in the 65th minute. 庄钢益 hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 傅鹏烨 came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 邵南洲, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪's goalkeeper 傅鹏烨, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 韩城昆 in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, 韩城昆 put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 96 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but 傅鹏烨 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
