Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dinu Bocu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dinu Bocu's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Dinu Bocu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Hamburg Fighters's Dinu Bocu got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinu Bocu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavlos Konstantakakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Gianluca Balla sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Gianluca Balla tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes in the game Per Schmettau did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gianluca Balla. Per Schmettau made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gianluca Balla got free with Rolando Noboa in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Bocu in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hamburg Fighters's zone, Eliseo Mina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pavlos Konstantakakis came out of the goal and Eliseo Mina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pavlos Konstantakakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pavlos Konstantakakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leandros Hölsch charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leandros Hölsch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Hamburg Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Leandros Hölsch. In the 46th minute, Luz Tejedor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Hamburg Fighters players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peru were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 53rd minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Pavlos Konstantakakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Schmettau made in the 54th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gianluca Balla immediately put the ball in play. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Bocu in the 57th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Per Schmettau in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Peru's Luz Tejedor suffered a torn muscle in his foot after 59 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Wieslaw Obuchowicz's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wieslaw Obuchowicz helped the player get up and apologised. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Luz Tejedor. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hamburg Fighters fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Pavlos Konstantakakis had in the 62ndth minute some difficulties stopping Julian Murillo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Gianluca Balla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hamburg Fighters's supporters rose to their feet, but Gianluca Balla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hamburg Fighters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Julian Murillo was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Peru's Julian Murillo to fire away a dangerous shot which Pavlos Konstantakakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 71st minute, Gianni Balla made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Per Schmettau in the 73 minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Pavlos Konstantakakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the game, Per Schmettau threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Pavlos Konstantakakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 80th minute. Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Hamburg Fighters from getting a goal against them. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
