Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joseph Danielsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Petersson in the 23rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Best was slow to take the kick. During this time Virtual Aces's players had a chance to rest. Virtual Aces were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Uruguay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. George Best took the corner. 1-2 became the score in the 43rd minute when George Best elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After the first half Uruguay were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Petersson to strike the kick off in the second half. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Best in the 54th minute of the match. Joseph Danielsson made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. Virtual Aces's Joseph Danielsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Virtual Aces from getting a goal against them. After 64 minutes, Victor Petersson made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Victor Petersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 92nd minute of the match Virtual Aces got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. George Best ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in George Best almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso did a great save. Denver Light fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere.
