If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Bumba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ragnar Lodbrok took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 17th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Claudiu Bumba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Axenstein fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 20 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ragnar Lodbrok. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Bumba in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Bodo Oster left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Axenstein fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 28th minute Claudiu Bumba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Claudiu Bumba fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Michele Rieger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 36th minute of the match. After 37 minutes Axenstein's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Venezuela's Tomas Illescas to fire away a dangerous shot which Michele Rieger despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Axenstein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Trucco to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudiu Bumba to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Claudiu Bumba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Claudiu Bumba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Axenstein's Claudiu Bumba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 66th minute of play forced Axenstein's goalkeeper Michele Rieger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Bodo Oster had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bodo Oster was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudiu Bumba in the 70th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Axenstein's Ragnar Lodbrok in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Bumba in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Claudiu Bumba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 81 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Joshua Kimmich came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ragnar Lodbrok's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudiu Bumba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michele Rieger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 96th minute of the match. Axenstein walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
