MJÄLLBY STARS's Kutluay Lebib got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gert Nordgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gert Nordgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the MJÄLLBY STARS defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Heggert. The MJÄLLBY STARS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Heggert should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Polentzi Sordo in the 23rd minute. After 24 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. After 30 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Heggert was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nils-Åke Jönsson kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Felix Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. MJÄLLBY STARS's Lucas Heggert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 45th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Jan Blomkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvin Aspengren in the 52nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of MJÄLLBY STARS booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Lucas Heggert made a huge save. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Lucero's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Lucero in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When MJÄLLBY STARS's Sebastian Lucero in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
