Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Bettencourt in the 3rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, AD Pontassolense's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Gentil Macieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Madruga got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Giuseppe Catarinense came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Nuno Madruga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AD Pontassolense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Alex Chicote put in a rough tackle. After 22 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. Januário Domingos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Januário Domingos was slow to take the kick. During this time AD Pontassolense's players had a chance to rest. 35 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Giuseppe Catarinense came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Catarinense in the 37th minute of play. In the 44th match minute, AD Pontassolense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrique Onofre to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patricio Costa was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Salvador Fraga threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Patricio Costa quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. AD Pontassolense made a substitution. Kevin Quintanilha replaced Rogério Bettencourt. AD Pontassolense's José Eanes was substituted for Iwo Pawelczyk. Salvador Fraga made in the 67th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Kevin Quintanilha. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Januário Domingos in the 68th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giuseppe Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After having played for 72 minutes, Nuno Madruga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AD Pontassolense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuno Madruga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 73 minutes, Giuseppe Catarinense made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Catarinense in the 76th minute of play. When AD Pontassolense's Januário Domingos in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Giuseppe Catarinense came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AD Pontassolense's Giuseppe Catarinense got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AD Pontassolense were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
