The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Brejnebøl got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jose Brejnebøl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Gisbert during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Brejnebøl, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Jose Brejnebøl put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. After having played for 57 minutes, Fırat Uruç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 14 YâReN FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fırat Uruç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The 14 YâReN FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
