Wincent Dropinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Wincent Dropinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 16th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Sergipano. Wincent Dropinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 31st minute of play forced Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Wincent Dropinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Castanheiro SC's Wincent Dropinski. Wincent Dropinski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wincent Dropinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 40th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Jose Manzanedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Stefano came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Stefano in the 55th minute of play. Alfredo Stefano took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 60 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Romero. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Stefano in the 63rd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Alfredo Stefano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 68th minute, Gerardo Pozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Manzanedo to maneuver through the defense. Jose Manzanedo made in the 73rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Orlando Casaus. 80 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Wincent Dropinski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. With a little luck, Castanheiro SC's Wincent Dropinski got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 89 minutes, Xavier Figueroa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chile and the Castanheiro SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 91 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Wincent Dropinski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Wincent Dropinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Wincent Dropinski in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Alfredo Stefano came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Castanheiro SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Stefano couldn't finish the play. Castanheiro SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
