Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by La 李南南 in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, 『挑战者』夔门FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Per-Erik Hjortberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per-Erik Hjortberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Casaus to maneuver through the defense. When Olavo Eger came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the 『挑战者』夔门FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olavo Eger couldn't finish the play. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Erik Hjortberg having to interfere. After 13 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Per-Erik Hjortberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Per-Erik Hjortberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olavo Eger in the 17th minute of play. Per-Erik Hjortberg came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 22nd minute, La 李南南 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 柯克政 in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th match minute, 『挑战者』夔门FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 狄卫响 to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Guillermo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Erik Hjortberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 姚晨朋 kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Pedro Indiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Erik Hjortberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When La 李南南 came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the 『挑战者』夔门FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that La 李南南 couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when La 李南南 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Per-Erik Hjortberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes of play, 『挑战者』夔门FC's 柯克政 made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! If 柯克政 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 53rd minute, Olavo Eger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Per-Erik Hjortberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, 『挑战者』夔门FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Per-Erik Hjortberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Per-Erik Hjortberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, La 李南南 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that La 李南南 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 73 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per-Erik Hjortberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to 『挑战者』夔门FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. 袁博斌 hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in 『挑战者』夔门FC's zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Erik Hjortberg came out of the goal and Mariano Lacasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind 『挑战者』夔门FC's goalkeeper Per-Erik Hjortberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
