Victor Ologu came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Hertha 1969's Gigel Elenescu. But to his dismay, Gigel Elenescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gigel Elenescu got free with Victor Ologu in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th match minute, Hertha 1969 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lothar Heber to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Raureni Academy's Victor Ologu got control of the ball when Gigel Elenescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Gigel Elenescu sped through Raureni Academy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victor Ologu. Victor Ologu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo da Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gigel Elenescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Victor Ologu made a huge save. If Stelian Voineag had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Wilhelm Nienhaus made a precise shot to the right of Victor Ologu. Raureni Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Wilhelm Nienhaus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Victor Ologu came out and tried to block the shot, but Wilhelm Nienhaus slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Raureni Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Nienhaus came free, but Victor Ologu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Victor Ologu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Paulo da Silva. Victor Ologu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wilhelm Nienhaus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 40 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 46th minute of play forced Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Victor Ologu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Victor Ologu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Paulo da Silva in the 52nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Raureni Academy's zone, Wilhelm Nienhaus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hertha 1969 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
