Elvio Pacho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Benitez, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elvio Pacho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Augusto Benitez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Pacho having to interfere.

Hunor Csapó had in the 51stth minute some difficulties stopping Hegoi Griful's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 52nd match minute, Buffalo Timişoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brent-Jan Koninckx to maneuver through the defense. Ignacy Cerocki hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Hunor Csapó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hegoi Griful, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Buffalo Timişoara players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
