Hunor Csapó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henk Veerman in the 5th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Buffalo Timişoara defense, Henk Veerman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hunor Csapó. The Buffalo Timişoara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hunor Csapó should have stopped the shot. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Güney Özboga managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Olgierd Kilar in the 15 minute of the game. Henk Veerman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Hunor Csapó made a huge save. Buffalo Timişoara's Hunor Csapó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Veerman in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Buffalo Timişoara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Güney Özboga was slow to take the kick. During this time ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Güney Özboga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hunor Csapó quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henk Veerman in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hunor Csapó saved Buffalo Timişoara from getting behind. Henk Veerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Buffalo Timişoara's Hunor Csapó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Veerman in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Henk Veerman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Henk Veerman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cihan Zafer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franky Ooms in the 37th minute of the match. The throw-in from Călin Borogeanu in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Corné van Basten. Călin Borogeanu made in the 45th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Orhan Ortanca. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Henk Veerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cihan Zafer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Benitez in the 58th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henk Veerman in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hunor Csapó prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Güney Özboga in the 66th minute. The corner ended in Güney Özboga almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Buffalo Timişoara's Hunor Csapó did a great save. Buffalo Timişoara's Franky Ooms got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Buffalo Timişoara's Vali Voicescu was substituted for Orhan Ortanca. Buffalo Timişoara's Boris Becker was substituted for Ignacy Cerocki. Buffalo Timişoara made a substitution. Valentin Voicu replaced Franky Ooms. 77 minutes into the game, Henk Veerman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Hunor Csapó was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Buffalo Timişoara's Hunor Csapó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Veerman in the 82nd minute of play. Cihan Zafer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Voicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boris Becker kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Primitivo Balesio, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 95th match minute, Buffalo Timişoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vali Voicescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Primitivo Balesio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Buffalo Timişoara's Hunor Csapó didn't even have to move.
