But to his dismay, Henk Veerman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11th minute, Henk Veerman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. David Rotariu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henk Veerman in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► were awarded a corner. Anton Scheupach went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Corné van Basten got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-4. 19 minutes into the match. Henk Veerman took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Rotariu. David Rotariu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Cihan Zafer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leroy Kluttig in the 25th minute of play. Lukas Goretzka kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Leroy Kluttig kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cihan Zafer. That made the score 1-5 in the 29 minute of play. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Veerman in the 34th minute of play. When %teams%'s Leroy Kluttig was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-5 just inside the left pole, 36 minutes into the game. Cihan Zafer was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leroy Kluttig to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Mustafa Yaşar Recai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Yaşar Recai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Rotariu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Henk Veerman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-7 in the 60 minute of play. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Özbek Karahan was substituted for Mustafa Yaşar Recai. 64 minutes into the game, Henk Veerman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of David Rotariu. Henk Veerman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-8. Cihan Zafer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Middendorf in the 67th minute of play. Jan Kimmich hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► made a substitution. Gürkan Gurko replaced Güney Özboga. In the 71st minute, Jan Kimmich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Henk Veerman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Rotariu was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► made a substitution. Mete Taçkın replaced Caroll Baskin. When Jan Kimmich fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PoWer SC 2K5's protests and gave Jan Kimmich a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes PoWer SC 2K5 got a freekick which was hit by Jan Kimmich. In the 83rd minute, Henk Veerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper David Rotariu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
