Raureni Academy's Ivan Aanicăi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Åke Gabrielsson in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Lucrețiu Domuță was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Raureni Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Viola Invest the free kick. Ivan Aanicăi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stig-Åke Gabrielsson went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 25th minute of the match, Mario Jakobe got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ivan Aanicăi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Raureni Academy's Ivan Aanicăi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Åke Gabrielsson in the 27th minute of play. Ivan Aanicăi was a little too slow when Kuuno Tälli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 2-0. 35 minutes into the match, Raureni Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Åke Gabrielsson came free, but Ivan Aanicăi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stig-Åke Gabrielsson got free with Ivan Aanicăi in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raureni Academy's Ivan Aanicăi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Jazowski in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Gabrielsson in the 46th minute of play forced Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Aanicăi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 51st minute Mario Jakobe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Aanicăi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
