An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 9th minute of play forced Pharos Alexandria F.C.'s goalkeeper Sebald Biermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralph Olano de in the 13th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, 许奕广 made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 21st minute Ralph Olano de shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebald Biermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute of play. Ecuador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Philipp Mielich scored to the left of an out of position Julio Vera, making the score, 2-0. Ralph Olano de kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebald Biermann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 44th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. After 62 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro. After 65 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralph Olano de in the 69th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Pharos Alexandria F.C.'s Ralph Olano de nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ralph Olano de's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. With a little luck, Pharos Alexandria F.C.'s Sebald Biermann got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. 许奕广's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 许奕广 helped the player get up and apologised. Pharos Alexandria F.C. made a substitution. Falcão Vianna replaced Philipp Mielich. 84 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sebald Biermann, 4-2. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Pharos Alexandria F.C. were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
