In the 23rd match minute, Uno Mille FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Senna to maneuver through the defense. After 28 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dinei Rosa who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Dinei Rosa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. After a rather tough play, Uno Mille FC's Dinei Rosa got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Carlos Fernando Alvarenga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 40 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinei Rosa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. Uno Mille FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Uno Mille FC's Giovanni da Silveira in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. After 43 minutes, Giovanni da Silveira made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dinei Rosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinei Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinei Rosa in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dinei Rosa came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hoàng Thuy, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Carlos Fernando Alvarenga came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 83rd minute, Fabinho Rossi made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Fabinho Rossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Hoàng Thuy came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Uno Mille FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
