Edmundo Espiga might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 沈亮邦. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmundo Espiga ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 鲁正树, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when 尹耀斐 sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Navarro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 尹耀斐 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 40 minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 尹耀斐 to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, 尹耀斐 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. 温明政 hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, 温明政 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 沈亮邦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 尹耀斐, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute of the match, Edmundo Espiga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 沈亮邦 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 鲁正树 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 尹耀斐 in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Luca Espinar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by 尹耀斐 in the 76th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 沈亮邦 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 尹耀斐 in the 84th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
