A throw-in in the 12th minute of the game was made by Richard Mccarthy with Koby Wright as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Carter George fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kyle Robinson having to interfere. Kyle Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rohan Watson in the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Luka Harris had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kyle Robinson. DS ACADEMY TEAM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luka Harris was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. DS ACADEMY TEAM's attentive Jerold Lara managed to snatch the ball when Richard Mccarthy made a throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerold Lara got free with Jax Williamson in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute, Ayberk Akgün ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jax Williamson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The supporters of Canada booed when DS ACADEMY TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dag Olofsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ayberk Akgün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kyle Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 40th minute of the match. DS ACADEMY TEAM's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 41stth minute of the game Richard Mccarthy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DS ACADEMY TEAM's Kyle Robinson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, DS ACADEMY TEAM's Jerold Lara got a free kick in the 42nd minute. DS ACADEMY TEAM's attentive Barnaba Jarocewicz managed to snatch the ball when Richard Mccarthy made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. After 45 minutes of play, DS ACADEMY TEAM's Ayberk Akgün made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jax Williamson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
