Jedrzej Beninda started the match with the kick off. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Li Lin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Li Lin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Moose Knuckles's Li Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aloyzas Valys in the 26th minute. A collision led to Moose Knuckles getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Venancio Nardo hit a great ball. In the 30th minute of the match, Jedrzej Beninda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aloyzas Valys in the 39th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedrzej Beninda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Jedrzej Beninda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Moose Knuckles's Vecdet Baştürk was substituted for Jedrzej Beninda. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Wiktor Kjellqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moose Knuckles's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Li Lin, making the score, 0-2. After 69 played minutes Moose Knuckles got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Maraman. Moose Knuckles made a substitution. Jaunius Balčaitis replaced Aloyzas Valys. Moose Knuckles's Bernardas Eidintas was substituted for Venancio Nardo. Gabriel Maraman hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Sonic Ball hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 79th minute of play forced Moose Knuckles's goalkeeper Li Lin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Li Lin made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute Jaunius Balčaitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moose Knuckles's Vecdet Baştürk got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute Wiktor Kjellqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wiktor Kjellqvist in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gabriel Maraman kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Zorita during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Moose Knuckles supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ecuador's performance. The match ended with a win for Ecuador.
