Miltos Kotsovolos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when 孟振邦 got free with Dante Lacasa in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wiktor Dropinski hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pegasas Siauliai's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pavel Romanescu came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Romanescu having to interfere. In the 46th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Romanescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Miltos Kotsovolos got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lautaro Mancebo was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Pegasas Siauliai's Wiktor Dropinski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 孟振邦 in the 60th minute of the match. Ernestas Alvinskas hit a great ball. In the 74th match minute, FC Pegasas Siauliai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Spets to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pavel Romanescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Facundo Cadaval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute, 孟振邦 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Alberto Tafalla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 孟振邦 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 孟振邦 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 孟振邦 in the 93rd minute of play. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Pegasas Siauliai throughout the match.
