After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Edmundson Ross stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Edmundson Ross tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marjus Laçka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 16th minute of the match. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Marjus Laçka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marjus Laçka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 22nd minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marjus Laçka came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundson Ross in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 71st minute of play forced ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s goalkeeper Marjus Laçka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Luz Tejedor quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Damiano Tripodi, made in the 73rd minute of the game. Zhang Zheng Sheng got a throw-in 74 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Domenico Rosi. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Marjus Laçka in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
