Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hannes Jamieson took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias-Alexander Jamieson in the 2nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathias-Alexander Jamieson's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Hannes Jamieson struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Gullegem. SK Gullegem's Urmas Känsäkangas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 8th minute of play. After having played for 11 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mathias-Alexander Jamieson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 16 minutes into the match, SK Gullegem's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Urmas Känsäkangas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urmas Känsäkangas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Urmas Känsäkangas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of the match. Urmas Känsäkangas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to SK Gullegem getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Otto Nørlinger hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urmas Känsäkangas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SK Gullegem's Otto Nørlinger got a free kick in the 35th minute. Urmas Känsäkangas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes SK Gullegem's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. In the 42nd minute, Luis Andino had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Ecuador's Diego Mancebo was substituted for Luis Andino. A collision led to SK Gullegem getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Cedrik Langendonckx hit a great ball. SK Gullegem's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bruno Renan in the 48th minute.

Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otto Nørlinger hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Urmas Känsäkangas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 65th minute of play. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bruno Renan was slow to take the kick. During this time SK Gullegem's players had a chance to rest. Benedicto Atarratze was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 72ndth minute of the game Hannes Jamieson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathias-Alexander Jamieson's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urmas Känsäkangas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Mathias-Alexander Jamieson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the game, one of SK Gullegem:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 89 minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Urmas Känsäkangas. 91 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Gullegem the free kick. The supporters of SK Gullegem booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. 98 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urmas Känsäkangas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador played a much better game than SK Gullegem and deserved their victory. The SK Gullegem players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
