After having played for 17 minutes, Krzysztof Krawczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Janoszyce SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krzysztof Krawczyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osman Nuri Sıratullah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Janoszyce SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Matai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qin Chong Liang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osman Nuri Sıratullah, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Janoszyce SSA's Qin Chong Liang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cheikh Guermeur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 36th minute of the match. In the game's 47th minute Venezuela's Tomas Illescas took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Cheikh Guermeur and thus the score was 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Qin Chong Liang made a kick off. Cheikh Guermeur made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Correa during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cheikh Guermeur having to interfere. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Osman Nuri Sıratullah left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Janoszyce SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. If Osman Nuri Sıratullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Krzysztof Krawczyk struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Janoszyce SSA. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qin Chong Liang in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 80th minute. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Grzegorz Wawak was slow to take the kick. During this time Janoszyce SSA's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Grzegorz Wawak almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qin Chong Liang in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Cheikh Guermeur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Qin Chong Liang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Wladyslaw Malewicki fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Janoszyce SSA's protests and gave Wladyslaw Malewicki a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Janoszyce SSA getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Wladyslaw Malewicki hit a great ball. Janoszyce SSA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Venezuela to leave the ground with a draw.
