Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Giovanni Falcone started the match with the kick off. Eugenio Colecchia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 8th minute of play. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Giovanni Falcone sent off a good shot on target. Seggiano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cesare Del Duca in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Seggiano's Eugenio Colecchia. Eugenio Colecchia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 minutes of play, Seggiano's Giovanni Falcone made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Day was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th minute Godo Møltoft shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Giovanni Falcone sent off a good shot on target. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniele Massaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 29th minute of play forced Seggiano's goalkeeper Eugenio Colecchia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Seggiano getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Amerigo Falone hit a great ball. Cassius Byrne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eugenio Colecchia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 36th minute of the match. Eugenio Colecchia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 38 played minutes Seggiano got a freekick which was hit by Cesare Del Duca. Eugenio Colecchia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Eugenio Colecchia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. Monty Rogers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 50th minute of the match, but Eugenio Colecchia made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniele Massaro in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Seggiano's Cristoforo Leoni got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 63rd match minute, Seggiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesare Del Duca to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Godo Møltoft came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Achille Pasinati sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Pasinati, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cesare Del Duca was slow to take the kick. During this time Seggiano's players had a chance to rest. Seggiano's Eugenio Colecchia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Seggiano from getting a goal against them. Marco Baker was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Sam Campbell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Seggiano's Eugenio Colecchia got control of the ball when Sam Campbell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Khalid Parry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Eugenio Colecchia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Seggiano's goal looked a bit too open when Khalid Parry came free, but Eugenio Colecchia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Colecchia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khalid Parry in the 94th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Zach Harrison got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eugenio Colecchia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. USA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Seggiano to leave the ground with a draw.
