Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tobias Ekeberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tobias Blomqvist's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Blomqvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, IKS Norrköping was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Blomqvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Sigfridsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute Tobias Ekeberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Sigfridsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes IKS Norrköping got a freekick which was hit by Simon Dahlman. Emanuel Sigfridsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. IKS Norrköping's Emanuel Sigfridsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 27th minute of play. Emanuel Sigfridsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 44th minute of play forced IKS Norrköping's goalkeeper Emanuel Sigfridsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emanuel Sigfridsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The IKS Norrköping players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Emanuel Sigfridsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 55th minute. After 58 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Hedström, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Emanuel Sigfridsson made a huge save. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. IKS Norrköping's Tobias Ekeberg got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. IKS Norrköping made a substitution. Yu Jing Bin replaced Tobias Ekeberg. Simon Dahlman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Emanuel Sigfridsson in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by IKS Norrköping's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. In the 86th minute Yu Jing Bin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than IKS Norrköping throughout the match.
