Charles Teuma Castelletti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Charles Teuma Castelletti sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Charles Teuma Castelletti tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Alberto Gisbert hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Francisco Seco made a precise shot to the right of Evaristo Roldan. Cuervos AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Roldan having to interfere. Joaquin Gayoso had great luck who in the 33rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Charles Teuma Castelletti from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the last second Joaquin Gayoso throw himself and got hold of the ball when Charles Teuma Castelletti in the 33rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Roldan saved Cuervos AFC from getting behind. Evaristo Roldan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 37th minute of the match. Cuervos AFC's Charles Teuma Castelletti got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Joaquin Gayoso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Uruguay's goalie and right to Maximino Illan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Uruguay's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. Cristo Ramond's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristo Ramond helped the player get up and apologised. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Maximino Illan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cuervos AFC's Zacarias Valery was substituted for Cristo Ramond. Maximiliano Escribano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evaristo Roldan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Uruguay were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Cuervos AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaime Cazalla took the corner. At last the ball reached Kevin Carballal at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Cuervos AFC. 2-3. Cuervos AFC's Teofilo Gorka was substituted for Charles Teuma Castelletti. In the 90th minute, Arturo Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cuervos AFC's Omar Berart got a free kick in the 94th minute. Uruguay's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
