Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tahsin Atacan took the kick off in the first half of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olgun Oktay. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 14th minute of play forced COPERNICUS TORUŃ's goalkeeper Gordon Horgan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute COPERNICUS TORUŃ were awarded a corner. Artuir Ramsey went to the cornerflag to take it. Tahsin Atacan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Tahsin Atacan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. Olgun Oktay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. 34 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gordon Horgan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of COPERNICUS TORUŃ's Gordon Horgan. Gordon Horgan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gordon Horgan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olgun Oktay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olgun Oktay in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. COPERNICUS TORUŃ's Tahsin Atacan got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gordon Horgan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Artuir Ramsey was slow to take the kick. During this time COPERNICUS TORUŃ's players had a chance to rest. Tahsin Atacan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Olgun Oktay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Tahsin Atacan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgun Oktay in the 78th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 89 played minutes, COPERNICUS TORUŃ's Artuir Ramsey shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in COPERNICUS TORUŃ reached it. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
