After 8 minutes of play, Kolopetinitsa's Theagenis Theodorakoglou made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Panos Tsabis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantinos Tsitsanis in the 12th minute of play. If Giorgos Kouklakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Theagenis Theodorakoglou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nial Peyton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Nial Peyton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Panos Tsabis went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nial Peyton was the one to do the kick off. When Kolopetinitsa's Nial Peyton in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Kolopetinitsa fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Kolopetinitsa's Nial Peyton looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With 80 minutes on the clock, Iker Tafalla commited a dangerous tackle. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paraguay's attentive Alan Campos managed to snatch the ball when Panos Tsabis made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. 95 minutes into the game, Kolopetinitsa's Panagiotis Kaliasis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0.
