Ks Korabi's Titouan Meloni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ks Korabi's goalkeeper Titouan Meloni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ks Korabi's Titouan Meloni did a great save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egon Fehr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ks Korabi getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Zhabir Radici hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Ismet Naum could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Ks Korabi's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Titouan Meloni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Titouan Meloni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Titouan Meloni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 43 minutes, Sacit Lütfi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ks Korabi and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Ks Korabi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sacit Lütfi didn't get a good kick on the ball. With splendid footwork Egon Fehr arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-1 by the left pole in the game's 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Ks Korabi got a freekick which was hit by Zhabir Radici. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Naike Perpiñán managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ks Korabi's supporters rose to their feet, but Naike Perpiñán was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Titouan Meloni made a huge save. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Titouan Meloni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Naike Perpiñán in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Egon Fehr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ks Korabi made a substitution. Shaban Alibali replaced Zhabir Radici. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ks Korabi's goalkeeper Titouan Meloni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Titouan Meloni was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristian Sancho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 80 minute of play. Sacit Lütfi kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Shefqet Çelaj charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Shefqet Çelaj the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ecuador played a much better game than Ks Korabi and deserved their victory. The Ks Korabi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
