Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abram Sarmiento got the match started through his kick off. Ove Ahlström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Ove Ahlström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares, 1-0. After some careless play in the Kingpins defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brendan Leblanc. The Kingpins fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brendan Leblanc should have stopped the shot. Rickard Lundgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Brendan Leblanc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rickard Lundgren in the 29th minute of play. Brendan Leblanc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 30th minute of play. In the 36th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Kingpins's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Colombia's Kevin Mastache getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Brendan Leblanc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Kingpins's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Brendan Leblanc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The wind increased when Rickard Lundgren made the kick off in the second half. Brendan Leblanc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Colombia's Abram Sarmiento in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kingpins's goalie prevented a goal. After 56 minutes Kingpins's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Pascual Carballar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Brendan Leblanc quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 63 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karl Trulsson who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Santino Seco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Brendan Leblanc. That made the score 1-2 after 66 minutes of play. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Kingpins's Roger Västerstrand was substituted for Guo Ke Peng. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Roger Västerstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Bo Kruuse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bo Kruuse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 79th play minute Pascual Carballar came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Brendan Leblanc. 2-3. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Abram Secada got a free kick in the 85th minute. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Kruuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Kingpins's Bo Kruuse. But to his dismay, Bo Kruuse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 92nd minute of play forced Kingpins's goalkeeper Brendan Leblanc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Colombia were awarded a corner. Kevin Mastache went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Kevin Mastache got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Brendan Leblanc quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 96th minute Kingpins were awarded a corner. Karl Trulsson went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Kingpins's corner Karl Trulsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kingpins.
