Villegas Villagarcia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Farouk Benhelal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Iglesias in the 12th minute of play. If Ruben Iglesias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Farouk Benhelal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Iglesias, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Farouk Benhelal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Iglesias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute YerBaTerOs were awarded a corner. Ascencio Puente went to the cornerflag to take it. Villegas Villagarcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamil Ayad in the 23rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ruben Iglesias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Farouk Benhelal was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Villegas Villagarcia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nazir Hadjadj in the 31st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Djamil Ayad kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Villegas Villagarcia. That made the score 2-1 in the 33 minute of play. YerBaTerOs's Lucio Bruna was substituted for Héctor Gordon. YerBaTerOs's Andres Anguciana was substituted for Intriago Viles. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucio Bruna kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Farouk Benhelal. That made the score 2-2 in the 53 minute of play. In the 57th minute, Andres Anguciana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Farouk Benhelal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After having played for 68 minutes, Zoil Soltero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YerBaTerOs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zoil Soltero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Algeria getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Zahir Sahnouni hit a great ball. Farouk Benhelal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ascencio Puente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Algeria's goalkeeper Farouk Benhelal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andres Anguciana. Andres Anguciana didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-4 via right post in the game's 78th minute. YerBaTerOs's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Farouk Benhelal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Bruna in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Zoil Soltero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Algeria's Farouk Benhelal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Algeria's Farouk Benhelal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Algeria from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Djamil Ayad in the 92nd minute of play forced YerBaTerOs's goalkeeper Villegas Villagarcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the game, YerBaTerOs's Lucio Bruna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Farouk Benhelal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched YerBaTerOs eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
