Syd Cullen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Real Death Ducks's Syd Cullen got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Colombia's Abram Sarmiento was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Syd Cullen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 72nd minute of the match. Syd Cullen was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Axel Montenegro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Axel Montenegro really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. Real Death Ducks's Augustin Cârstea was substituted for Marty Ødegaard. In the 85th minute Abram Secada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Syd Cullen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute of the match, Ignacio Mastache tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Syd Cullen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ignacio Mastache received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Syd Cullen came out and tried to block the shot, but Ignacio Mastache slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 88th minute. Basílio Travassos's late challenge caught a Colombia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basílio Travassos helped the player get up and apologised. Basílio Travassos hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Colombia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
