Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 7 minutes, Basilio Lain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flying Dutch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Lain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute, Niceto Xacintu made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 11th minute Moises Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Xacintu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Fabian Ivașcu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Fabian Ivașcu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Tafalla in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Flying Dutch defense, Moises Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arthur Amorim. The Flying Dutch fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arthur Amorim should have stopped the shot. After 36 played minutes Higinio Raymundo rounded Honduras's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. In the 40th minute, Higinio Raymundo made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Higinio Raymundo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out and tried to block the shot, but Higinio Raymundo slotted it home off the left post making it 4-2 in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.

63 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Lain came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arthur Amorim was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Raymundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ivan Navarro hit a great ball. Flying Dutch's Niceto Xacintu got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Flying Dutch fans cheered their team off the field, for while Honduras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
