Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Milagros Fraga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Blomqvist came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Rafael Jauregui got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 17 minutes of play, Peru's Luz Tejedor made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Prior was left in no man's land by his defense there! Milagros Fraga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Prior read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Peru's Emmanuel Reyes got a free kick in the 21st minute. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but Angelo Prior reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Theo Hernández in the 40 minute of the game. 47 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Angelo Prior reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Christoffer Blomqvist made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, MILLONARIOS FC's Angelo Prior got control of the ball when Milagros Fraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute Christoffer Blomqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Theo Hernández threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Christoffer Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Prior read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoffer Blomqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milagros Fraga's late challenge caught a MILLONARIOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Milagros Fraga helped the player get up and apologised. After 93 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Fraga. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Peru players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
