If Joshua Garrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Arnulfo Kinsen in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignacio Mastache in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnulfo Kinsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes had been played when some careless play by Laurita FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Mastache was slow to take the kick. During this time Colombia's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Abram Secada got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnulfo Kinsen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
