When Cristian Sancho in the 76th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Rui Peixoto kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-9 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. 83 minutes into the match, Diamond Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Rui Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Peixoto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
