Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Esteban Ignado kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes FRANK got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Ignado. Hugo Moraes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Hugo Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 6th minute of the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when FRANK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roald Engebakken didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Mathiassen in the 13th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FRANK's Hugo Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 16th minute of play. Hugo Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Mathiassen, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes FRANK got a freekick which was hit by Steve Yzerman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 27th minute of play forced FRANK's goalkeeper Hugo Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Mathiassen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Hugo Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Moraes came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Håvard Levang sent off a good shot on target. Stefan Mathiassen struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FRANK.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Roald Engebakken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 played minutes FRANK got a freekick which was hit by Wout Gheysen. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Moraes having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Hugo Moraes threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 62nd minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Luca Rouco got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-4. 62 minutes into the match. With a little luck, FRANK's Hugo Moraes got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hugo Moraes was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Lautaro Mancebo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lautaro Mancebo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a free kick in the 81st minute. Hugo Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 83rd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Hugo Moraes threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 88 minutes into the match, FRANK's goalkeeper Hugo Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. After 91 minutes FRANK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. A very nice done corner allowed Luca Zorita to score against Hugo Moraes in FRANK's goal. 0-6 after 91 minutes. In the 94th minute Stefan Mathiassen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Moraes having to interfere. Mexico played a much better game than FRANK and deserved their victory. The FRANK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
