Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Román Grebe in the 24th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Armando Faine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diego Armando Faine could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. 33 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Román Grebe. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobías Aliaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 56th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darío Friederichs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Darío Friederichs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abram Sarmiento went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Nibiru X's 忠 张飞 got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Colombia's Kevin Mastache quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ignacio Cancino, made in the 89th minute of the game. In the 97th minute Isidro De Gavardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Colombia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Colombia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
