The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Elderslie Magpies defense, Daniel Janiczek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corder Clubley. The Elderslie Magpies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corder Clubley should have stopped the shot. If Bartosz Pozorski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corder Clubley didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartosz Pozorski went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Janiczek in the 17th minute of play forced Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper Corder Clubley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Ryszard Ludzia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Elderslie Magpies's Drake Crampton tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Radomir Karwowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bud Lovis kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Hahay's Wit Mondrowski got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, Maksymilian Parajewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Corder Clubley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Corder Clubley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maksymilian Parajewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elderslie Magpies's Corder Clubley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wit Mondrowski in the 36th minute of play. Corder Clubley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Janiczek in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Maksymilian Parajewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Corder Clubley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Elderslie Magpies's zone, Wit Mondrowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corder Clubley came out of the goal and Wit Mondrowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Janiczek came free, but Corder Clubley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Hahay were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Hahay's Dobromir Rosiewicz was substituted for Ryszard Ludzia. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brad Missen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Corder Clubley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Janiczek in the 57th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper Corder Clubley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartosz Pozorski. 59 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper Corder Clubley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maksymilian Parajewski. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Maksymilian Parajewski put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Corder Clubley. 78 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's Bud Lovis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Przemyslaw Ankiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot by Dobromir Rosiewicz from long distance, 80 minutes into the match, got Corder Clubley's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Elderslie Magpies's Corder Clubley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Kaczynski in the 86th minute of play. Maksymilian Parajewski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Corder Clubley firmly grabbed it by the left post. Corder Clubley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaw Kaczynski in the 90th minute of play. Daniel Janiczek's late challenge caught a Elderslie Magpies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Janiczek helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Elderslie Magpies booed when Hahay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Janiczek didn't get a good kick on the ball.
