Konrad Stephansson was a little too slow when Rogelio Argina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 1-1. Konrad Stephansson made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Enrique Quilo sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to The Heren Istarion getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. In the 45th minute of the match, Rogelio Argina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Konrad Stephansson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 89th minute Rogelio Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konrad Stephansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. DON RAMON 72 had won after a very even match.
