After a rather tough play, BICHO neuquino's Lázaro Bertol got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Corder Clubley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Gabino, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 26 played minutes Elderslie Magpies got a freekick which was hit by Brock Devine. Raleigh Dale took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hector Socorro. Hector Socorro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ed Howard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elderslie Magpies's Corder Clubley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Elderslie Magpies from getting a goal against them. Martin Bailey hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elvio Incendio made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Elderslie Magpies got a freekick which was hit by Ed Howard. Ed Howard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Hector Socorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Raleigh Dale dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hector Socorro, 1-2. Drake Crampton charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Drake Crampton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Elderslie Magpies's Drake Crampton got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Incendio came free, but Corder Clubley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corder Clubley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Millrick, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Teobaldo Ixona hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The BICHO neuquino fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Elderslie Magpies were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
