Eugen Daimacă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Delaney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorin Popeneciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A collision led to Juventus Țiu getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Claudiu Tăutu hit a great ball. Eric Delaney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorin Popeneciu in the 21st minute of the match. Trey Seal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marius Bălașa having to make a save. Thanks to some nice moves Trey Seal could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Marius Bălașa however easily saved by the left post. Dorin Popeneciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Dorking United FC's Jake Ellison got a free kick in the 28th minute. Eric Delaney stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Mihele's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Tristan Haley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marius Bălașa having to interfere. Dorin Popeneciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Delaney having to interfere. With a little luck, Juventus Țiu's Marius Bălașa got control of the ball when Al Pool tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Al Pool made a kick off. Daniel Mihele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Eric Delaney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorin Popeneciu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Dorking United FC's zone, Dorin Popeneciu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Delaney came out of the goal and Dorin Popeneciu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jake Ellison might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marius Bălașa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jake Ellison ran back to his position shaking his head. After 66 minutes, Rufus Sparkes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dorking United FC and the Juventus Țiu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th minute, Rufus Sparkes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Dorking United FC's zone, Mugurel Buda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Delaney came out of the goal and Mugurel Buda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sorin Nițescu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Sorin Nițescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Jake Ellison sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Juventus Țiu's Marius Bălașa didn't even have to move. Daniel Mihele hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Trey Seal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Bălașa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juventus Țiu's Marius Bălașa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Al Pool in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Juventus Țiu getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Dorin Popeneciu hit a great ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
